1. Rental Agreement
All rentals are subject to a rental agreement that must be signed at the time of vehicle pickup. This agreement outlines the terms of the rental, including rental duration, fees, and responsibilities.
2. Eligibility
To rent a vehicle from APAS Limited, you must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver's license. Additional fees may apply for drivers under 25 years of age.
3. Payment
All rentals must be paid in full at the time of booking. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards and debit cards. A security deposit may also be required.
4. Vehicle Use
The rented vehicle must be used in accordance with local laws and regulations. The vehicle must not be driven off-road or used for illegal activities. Any damages incurred during the rental period will be the responsibility of the renter.
5. Cancellations and Modifications
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time to avoid a cancellation fee. Modifications to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
6. Liability
APAS Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our rental services. Renters are responsible for any damage to the vehicle during the rental period.
7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Jamaica. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Jamaica.
