Refund and Return Policy

At APAS Limited, we strive to provide the best car rental experience. Our Refund and Return Policy outlines the terms under which refunds and returns are processed.

 

1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee.

 

2. Return of Vehicle
Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as they were rented. Any damages or excessive cleaning required will be charged to the renter.

 

3. Late Returns
Late returns will incur additional charges based on the hourly rate of the rental agreement. If you anticipate being late, please contact us as soon as possible.

 

4. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the cancellation request is approved. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking.
